Mr. Doncha O 'Sullivan, the Director of Criminal Policy Department, Ministry of Justice and Equality with leaders and units in charge of legal aid and juvenile justice has warmly welcomed the Vietnamese delegation.

The delegation visited and worked in juvenile courts, legal aid centers in Dublin, child care center teach to learn about the activities of legal aid for children. In Ireland, children are particularly interested in the subject and priority legal aid, all children under age 18 are support by legal aid. According to statistics, only 15% of children criminal trial, most of the measure applies to reformatories or supervision in the community. To ensure the legitimate rights and interests of children, help children complete personality, reintegration into family and society, there has been very tight coordination between juvenile courts, legal aid agencies, parents of infants and nursing institutions.
