Ministry of Justice delegation paid a working visit to the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Greece

The delegation from Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh had a working visit to Bulgaria and Greece from September 26 to October 7 to study the models of bailiff in the two countries.
In the Republic of Bulgaria, the delegation had working sessions with Bulgaria’s Ministry of Justice, the National Institute of Justice, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Judicial Council, Bailiff’s Association and Bailiff’s Office. In Greece, the delegation held talks with Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court, Bailiff’s Association and the Notary Association.
During the working visit, the delegation has surveyed the bailiff organization and operation, especially the experiences in shifting the model of public judgment enforcement to bailiffs ( the private judgment enforcement).
