On October 31, Irish Minister for Trade and Development Joe Costello, on his three-day visit, came to have a talk with Minister Ha Hung Cuong.

Thanks for Ireland’s ODA for Vietnam, Minister Ha Hung Cuong said that Irish support will partly help Vietnam to overcome difficul time.
At the meeting, two sides also discussed matters relating to Vietnam’s development, Irish support for demining and clearance of unexploded bombs in Central provinces, 135 program supporting Vietnam’s remote ethnic minority communes, strategy and program on building the new rural areas, the role of legal systems in the rennovation and development process.
