Taking part in the meeting were representatives of the Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy and many Ministries under Government were Public Security, Defence, Finance, Home Affairs, the Government Inspectorate and some units under the Ministry of Justice (Department of State Compensation, General Department of Civil Judgments Enforcement, Inspectorate, Department of Economic-Civil Legislation, Department of General Affairs on Legislative Development). Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty chaired the meeting.

Attending at the meeting, representatives of ministries focused on the content exchange coordinated management of state compensation between the Ministry of Justice and other ministries in the past and highly agreed with the contents that reported by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh – Director of the State Compensation Department.

Having speech concluded the meeting, Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty showed appreciation to the opinions of representatives of ministries, sectors and encouraged to continue to promote the progress of building documents on guiding the implementation of the Law; actively direct the three years of preliminary implementation of this Law in accordance with the contents specified time; sectors proposed unified organization tasked to act on of their own compensation.
