On 31 December 2010, the Government promulgated Decree No. 122/ 2010/ ND-CP on amending, supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 103/ 206/ND-CP dated 22 September 2006 of the Government making detailed provisions and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property with respect to industrial property. This Decree shall take effect from 20 February 2011.

Circular No.01/ 2011/ TT-BTC dated 06 January 2011 providing for supporting expenses from the State budget for association whose activities attach to the task assigned by the State; the management and use the association’s property and finance; management of the receipt and use sponsoring source from foreign individuals and organizations to the association. This Circular shall come into effect from 20 February 2011.

Decision No 03/ 2011/ QD-TTg dated 10 January 2011 issuing the Regulations on guarantees for loans of small and medium sized enterprises from commercial banks. The Decision shall come into effect on 25 February 2011./-ITD
