Khanh Hoa Province Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement hosted a training course on civil judgment enforcement skills for over 100 delegates

On 22 November, Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement hosted a conference at the hall of State Bank – Khanh Hoa Branch to train nearly 100 bailiffs and specialists all over the province on Decree no. 125/2013 dated 14 October 2013 by the Government (coming into force on 1 Dec. 2013) and civil judgment enforcement skills.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Anh – Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement presented some articles of Decree 125/2013/NĐ-CP amending the Decree 58/2009/ND-CP dated 13 July 2009 by the Government about detailed regulations and instructions on executing procedures of civil judgment enforcement, among which were issuing and sending receipts to petitioners by post, handling petitions, verifying conditions of judgment enforcement, solution in case of incorrect judgment implementation, delaying judgment implementation, applying unlawful modes of judgment enforcement, violence of procedures of judgment enforcement….
According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Anh, this was the lawful document expected not only by Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies but also by the whole industry of Judgment Enforcement because it solved some problems in mission of Judgment Enforcement.
