On August 18, Truong An Notary Office officially came into operation at 179 Hung Vuong Boulevard, Cam Thuan Ward, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province.
Established under Decision No. 1674/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2011 of the Khanh Hoa provincial People's Committee and the operation registration certificate No. 04/TP-DKHD dated July 15, 2011 of the provincial Department of Justice, Truong An Notary Office is organized and operated under the kind of private enterprises, notarizing the documents such as contracts of purchase, sale, transfer, and donation and other transactions relating to real estate; mortgage contracts; loan and lease contract; procuration; testament; written agreement divided the couple's common property and assets of the company members; written agreement divided the inheritance…Truong An Notary Office’s operation will meet the rising demand for notarization of documents in Cam Ranh city in particular and the southern of Khanh Hoa province in general.
