General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement held a conference to summarize the works in 2010 and implementation of the tasks in 2011

On January 20, 2011, General Department of Civil Judgement Enforcement organized the conference summarizing work the works in 2010 and implementing its tasks in 2011. Attending at the meeting were leaders and staff of the General Department and representatives from departments under Ministry of Justicee. Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh attended and chaired the meeting.
In 2010, General Department of Civil Judgement Enforcement has made great efforts, basically fullfiled the planned targets and gained positive changes: the works of civil judgment enforcement have achieved higher results than in 2009 and exceeded the planned target; the organization and personnels from General Department to Departments and sub-departments has been consolidated and strengthened; the tasks of professional guiding and directions, complaint and denunciation settlement have been implemented effectively. The General Department also implemented seriously and effectively the regulation of democracy at grassroot level. In 2011, the General Department has built solutions, proposals and recommendations to effectively implement the planned tasks.
Attendees at the meeting highly hailed the achievements of the General Department. They also contributed opinions to perfect its report and improved the effectiveness of civil judgement enforcement in the coming time such as: the coordination with other departments; the personnel organization; application of information technology in the sector’s activities…
Addressing at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh affirmed: in 2010, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement has gained notable achievements, all fields of work have had positive progresses, the General Department has gradually raised its role in Ministry and Sector’s activities. However, he asked the General Department to show more concerns over several points on personnel organization and the tasks of professional direction…
As for his part, Mr Nguyen Van Luyen- General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement - thanked the concerns and opinions of Ministry’s leaders and delegates. He also shared difficulties and shortcomings affecting the General Department’s activities and hoped to receive more concerns from Ministry’s leaders and coordination of other departments under Ministry of Justice.
At the meeting, the General Department announced the decisions and awarded the title of commendation and emulation for collectives and individuals for their excellent achievements in 2010.
