Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh worked with Bac Lieu provincial Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement

The Justice Ministry’s delegation led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh on February 16 paid a working visit to Bac Lieu province and worked with leaders of the provincial People's Committee on the judicial activities and civil judgment enforcement matters. Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Be received the delegation. At the meeting, he expressed the hope that the closer and closer cooperation between leaders of Bac Lieu province and Ministry of Justice will help to remove the difficulties of local justice and civil judgment execution sectors.
Working with the local justice and civil judgments enforcement sectors, while mentioned some specific professional activities of the provincial justice Department, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh asked the Department to pay more attention to the auctions of public assets, especially on land use rights; the training and fostering of professional knowledge for lawyers; the notarizing activities; IT application to the database of security transactionsa and criminal records... The Deputy Minister also highly spoke of the gained results of Bac Lieu provincial Department of civil judgment enforcement.On February 17, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh and the working delegation will continue to visit and work with Tra Vinh provincial Departments of justice and civil judgments enforcement./.-ITD
