Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh on April 19 received lawyer Richard Lovell and his colleagues from Ince & Co. At the meeting, two sides exchanged views on the ways that best protected the rights of Vietnam’s Government and enterprises in international lawsuits and the possibility of training lawyers for Vietnam from the firm.
At the reception, Lawyer Richard Lovell expressed his hope to receive the lawyers and legal experts that were sent to study abroad under Project 544 to practice in the law firm.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh thanked Ince& Co for their concerns to the training task of Ministry of Justice. In the field of arbitration, he highly spoke of the helps from Ince & Co and desired to learn its experiences. He also said that Ince & Co could help Ministry of Justice on building training programs and teaching at the Lawyer Training Center serving the global economic integration, cooperating with Vietnam Bar Association to organize seminars on employability skills…/.-ITD
