Decision No. 299/QD-TTg

On 25th February 2011, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 299/QD-TTg promulgating the list of legal documents detailing the implementation of the Laws passed by the Legislature XII of the National Assembly at the 8th Session and assigned the presiding bodies to draft and submit them to the Government and the Prime Minister for issuance.
- Law on Administrative Procedures;
- Inspection Law;
- Law on State officials;
- Law on consumer right protection;
- Law on Environmental Protection Tax;
- The Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Securities;
- Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business and Law on minerals.
The Prime Minister required the presiding bodies to expeditiously draft and submit to the Government and the Prime Minister for issuing such documents in guarantee with the quality and schedule. This Decision takes effect from the signing date for issuance./.-ITD
