Dak Lak provincial Department of Justice deployed the implementation of Circular No. 17/ 2011/ TT-BTP

To actively deploy the implementation of Circular No.17/ 2011/ TT-BTP dated October 14, 2011 of Ministry of Justice guiding a number of stipulations in the Law on Lawyers and other Decrees guiding the implementation of this law, the provincial Department of Justice has issued Official Letter No.472/STP-BTTP requiring the provincial Bar Association and other lawyer practising organisations in the province to have responsibilities in disseminating and grasping thoroughly the contents of Circular No.17/ 2011/ TT-BTP, the Law of Lawyer and other related legal documents.
The Department of Justice also required the provincial Bar Association and other lawyer practising organisations to strictly implement the regulations on information and reports… as stipulated in Circular No. 17/ 2011/ TT-BTP and Circular No. 08/ 2011/ TT-BTP./.-ITD
