According to the reports presented at the meeting, in 2011, the coordination Councils from central to local level confirmed its effective operation, timely direct and guide the legal dissemination and education in all sectors and levels. The Council has promoted its role in guiding and propagandizing the XI National Party Congress’s results, propagandizing the law to serve the election of the 13^th National Assembly and the People's Councils at all levels from 2011 to 2016.
Concluding the meeting, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong appreciated the coordinating Council’s activities in 2011. The standing body of the Council in collaboration with the Party Central Committee Office actively perform the advisory functions to the Party Central Committee's Secretariat in issuing Conclusion No. 04-KL/TW dated April 19, 2011 on the implementation of Directive No. 32 -CT/TW dated December 09, 2003 enhancing the Party's leadership in the legal dissemination and education, raising legal awareness for staff and people; building and submitting the Bill of legal dissemination and education to the National Assembly.
