Conference to examine the work reviewing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution of some ministries, ministerial-level agencies and agencies under Government

Implementing the Government's Plan in reviewing the 1992 Constitution and performing the tasks assigned in the Decision No. 90/QD- BCDTKTHHP dated 24 October of the Steering Committee for reviewing the implementation of 1992 Constitution assigning tasks to members of the Steering Committee, on December 15 at International Convention Center, a Conference was held to examine the overall implementation of the 1992 Constitution of the Ministries , ministerial-level agencies, agencies under Government, whose leaders are not members of the Steering Committee.
At the conference, Deputy Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long presented a report summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitutions
The conference has been hearing opinions from a number of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government relating to the summary for the implementation of the 1992 Constitution.
In his speech, on behalf of the Steering Committee, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong appreciated the leadership and guidance from the Party Commission and leaders of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under Government. In general, the activities of reviewing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution at those agencies have been seriously carried out.
Regarding the deadline for the report, ministers agreed that all agencies promptly fulfilled and submited the reports to the Ministry of Justice and Office of the Government before December 25, 2011./.-ITD
