Conference on ASEAN regulations and the Hague Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents

Participants from ASEAN member countries including Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Singapore and Thailands, ASEAN secretariat, Hague Convention secretariat on international justice attended the meeting.
The conference that was held just before the third meeting of ASEAN working group on enhancing the legal assistance in the civil and commercial fields helps ASEAN to have more information in determining the suitable approaching to the matter and supports the process of compiling the regional agreement on abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents.
