Attending the conference were more than 50 representatives from the Office of the National Assembly, Office of Government,  Supreme People’s Court, Hanoi People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuracy, Office of the Steering Committee on Justice Reform, judicial academy and Hanoi law university. The conference aimed at exchanging information on legal stipulation relating to administrative law and learning German experiences on legislation and administrative law implementation. This is a practical activity serving the implementation of administrative law, which has just been ratified by the National Assembly and soon comes into force. On two-day conference, thirteen reports on matters relating to experiences on legislation and administrative law implementation were presented by Vietnamese and German experts./.-ITD
