Building a database on child adoption

According to the project implementation Hague Convention No. 33 on the protection of children and cooperation in the field of international adoption in period 2012 to 2015, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Justice to build a database of child adopted in 2012.
Then, in the period 2013 to 2015, the Ministry of Justice to promote the exploitation and use of databases on adoption service planning, management and public service delivery.
According to the scheme approved by the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Justice to develop and implement the pilot program in the years 2013 to 2015 on the organization of Vietnamese children adopted abroad to visit the home country.
Besides, the Ministry of Justice in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs developed and promulgated in year 2013 issue the Circular on coordination mechanisms in the follow-monitor the development of Vietnamese children for adoption abroad and the protection of children in situations of necessity.
The Prime Minister also tasked the Ministry of Finance in 2012 shall assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice building and issued a joint circular guiding the implementation of regulations on management and use of registration fees adopted adoption involving foreign elements, the cost of solving the adoption of foreign elements in the direction of transparency, savings and efficiency.
