Accordingly, the foreign-invested enterprises established abroad before the expiration date of 01/07/2006 and was operating under the investment license after 01/07/2006 but not yet implemented procedures and are subject to recommended continue to operate, they must register before 01/02/2014.

The re-registration shall take effect from the expiry date indicated on the permit active investment.
In case of unregistered firms, there will continue to manage the organization, operating under the investment license, corporate charter.
Enterprises was adjusted, additional lines in the absence of changes in the duration of operation recorded in the investment license, the adjustment, additional lines shall comply with the provisions of the law at the time of amendments or additions.
This Law comes into force on 01/08/2013.
