The judicial assistance agreement in civil and commercial matters and on maritime transport between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria was signed in Algeria on 14th August 2010 and came into force from 24th June 2012.
The agreement stipulated contents, principles, requirements and procedures for the implementation of judicial assistance between the two countries.
Accordingly, the scope of legal assistance included making, sending and service of documents, recognizing and enforcing decisions of Courts and arbitration on civil and commercial matters...
The agreement will be a basis to further expanding existing relations between the two countries and encourage development and prosperity in both.
