24 administrative procedures applied in District People’s Committee are lifted such as: setting up landmarks and handing over the lands to the Investors; granting the license of exploiting and using the underground water; registering and informing the state of employment in restautants- food stands- dancing floor- karaoke bar-hotels- rented houses; granting the health insurance cards for people belonging to the category of hunger eradication and poverty reduction; investigating and making lists of households belonging the category of hunger eradication and poverty reduction….

8 other administrative procedures applied in People’s Committee at commune levels are also lifted. Most notable are: certifying the poor households; certifying the documents borrowing money from the C.E.P fund; certifying the plan to borrow money….

These above administrative procedures are no longer suitable to the current situation, causing lots of irritation to people and businesses, especially when Ho Chi Minh is enhancing the administrative reforms and gradually implementing the transparent and democratic administration to meet public demand./.- ITD
